Track your order

Please note that we include a direct link to your package updates (Tracking number) in the order confirmation email you receive after you place your order. This number may not appear immediately, but it will eventually be there once your package is shipped. (It takes 4-8 business days for the blanket to be produced learn more here)

You can find your tracking number by clicking the "View your order" orange button in the order confirmation email. Once you click, you will be redirected to a page where all the information related to your order is listed. That's where all your tracking information will appear as well as your package's real time location.

If you did not get that email, it can be because you have used a phone number during checkout instead of an email address, In this case check your SMS history.
